Technology Peer Groups
Peer Groups are designed to provide job seekers with a team environment that a is both proactive and intuitive. ITO 2.0 Peer Groups are organized based upon a common discipline or career objective.

For example software developers can participate in either a .NET group or a Java group. The Peer Groups are based upon the following foundations:

1. Group Learning - consisting of study groups and ITO 2.0 learning resources including SkillPort and Books 24/7.

2. Certification - individuals can work together in preparation for a common certification. For example CCIE, ITIL, MCSE, PMP etc.

3. Hands On - some groups are in the midst of developing applications or designing and deploying new servers and databases.

4. Job Search Strategies - all peer groups are designed to provide individuals with the ability to share job leads and to stay connected through the ITO 2.0 Web Portal.
